Welcome to Dakota Drink Depot
Dakota Drink Depot is an idea my wife and I created as an umbrella company to bring together the things we love. What started as spitballing ideas turned into a real project when we bought an old horse trailer from a family neighbor in Spearfish, SD. After pulling it out of the mud and giving it new life, we turned it into a mobile coffee bar and dry hire bar for events.

The Story Behind Dude Coffee
Dude Coffee is named after my Grandma Doris. As a kid, I couldn’t pronounce “Doris,” so I called her “Grandma Dude.” In her honor, we built Dude Coffee around that name something original, meaningful, and laid-back. Today, all of our coffee is roasted right here in Spearfish, SD, but inspired by travels across the Midwest: Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado.

More Than Just Coffee
While coffee is at the heart of what we do, we’re also building Rustic Brews our mobile bar service for weddings, private parties, and community events. On top of that, we’re working on original merch and gear, with designs and equipment people will actually use every day at a great price.

Our Vision
Dakota Drink Depot is about more than one brand. It’s about building something incredible laid-back but crafted with quality. Whether it’s Dude Coffee, Rustic Brews, or future ideas we branch into, we want every part of this to feel approachable, original, and connected to our community.
